Backlinks Building Made Easy

An introduction to Back-linking

Back-linking is the process of creating links to your website. Each link means that someone is trying to inform others about some interesting page I found. Therefore, the number of links is a measure of popularity or reputation of the page.

The number and quality of backlinks is the basis of the PageRank algorithm used by Google’s web search seo. Google is by far the most popular search engine and widely used. The main reason for this popularity is the fact that returns relevant results for every possible search phrase. Because of this, many webmasters are trying to get as many backlinks as possible.

You can get backlinks on blogs, forums, Web 2.0 sites, directories, websites, articles or websites of other users. The easiest way to get a backlink is to have useful content on the website and other users to find and create a link to your page. This is called a natural link. Other methods include the use of blogs and forums where you can participate in discussions with some caution, can also promote your website.

Composition of a backlink

So you know the basics let’s take a moment to analyze the anatomy of the backlinks and see why not all are created equal.

What makes a link look like
?

A link or anchor as it is known is one of the most basic HTML entities. For example -

<a href=”http://www.Google.com”>Google</a>

This will create a link to Google.com with the text on the page that appears as Google.

Anchor text

The anchor text is a word that is displayed on the web link. A backlink to connect to the keywords in anchor text of a page has a value greater than one with any other text.

When you are starting not go wrong if you aim your items in a single sentence appears on the page several times and the title text and anchor for each backlink you get.

To illustrate how powerful anchor text to search Google for “click here” and see the number of results is an Adobe. We have never released a product called Click Here, but millions all websites have been linked to these words. Therefore, they rank higher for it.

Internal versus external links

Links from the same domain are known as internal links, as they exist in the same place.

Although the anchor text can help tell Google that a page is about not holding a very low these links. Links from other websites (external links) are much more valuable.

DoFollow vs NoFollow links

A couple of years, the fastest way to improve your search engine rankings was to leave comments in each guest book, blog and forum I could find, leaving a link to your site. With very few people backlinking any activity, this was enough for the top of most terms. To combat this, the “nofollow” tag was introduced. This is a way for websites to say: “This link does not count.” You can check this by looking at the source of a page. A nofollow link contain – rel = “nofollow”

Please note, although no doubt Google respects the nofollow attribute is believed to Yahoo and MSN ignore what they do not rule out completely the nofollow links.

Page Rank

As noted above, the best backlinks you can get are pages that have a high PageRank, but are very rare. The next best thing is a backlink from a page in a domain that has a high page Rank. These are much easier to find and is available all over the place (lots of samples given in this blog).

Domain authority

This goes along with the Page Rank, but there are other factors at play here. Domains Gain authority as they age, gain backlinks, and have more high quality content, a link etcUn Force links to thousands and tens of thousands of pages worth much more than a link to a new domain with little content and no backlinks.

Relevance

As the anchor text that much global significance of the page and the domain of backlink is a whole also is important.

If you have two backlinks where all other factors thesame except one comes from a site closely related to your topic, that backlink will be worth more than the other, off topic one. Lots of people take this too far and only go for backlinks that are highly targeted to their site’s theme. Although relevant links are worth more this doesn’t mean you should ignore less relevant ones.
